So today is my 3rd day of fasting. I tried yesterday, was going well. had breakfast, all ok. Then in car with my daughter she was eating crisps and offered me one and without thinking i took it. I failed! So today i am fasting and going to try a full day of no eating and just go for an evening meal. Previously i have had a small breakfast, nothing through the day then an evening meal. I already have a rumbly tummy but i'm ignoring it.
Hopefully i can stay on track today.
