Hi. I am fasting today and again on Thursday. Due to work commitments and the fact that we are going away Fri and sat these are the only 2 days I can do this week. My problem is on Thursday we are going to bingo with friends and they are all eating there so I need some ideas please of a meal no more than 300 cals that I can take with me to eat cold. Inspiration will not come to me. Thank you.

How about a roasted veg fritatta, or a chicken and apricot chopped salad, or beetroot and feta, with rocket and a sprinkle of seeds ...
Could you take some soup in a thermos?
Or have a look at some of the salads or sushi selections - I think M&S have some good options (if you are in UK)
