Anniversary blow out!
31 Jan 2013, 14:12
It's mine and my hubbys 9th wedding anniversary today! After a fast day yesterday i was very excited to have a blow out today. We went out for brunch this morning and are off out for dinner tonight!!

I wanted an egg florentine, extra bacon, coffee, pastry...
I got half way through my egg florentine and couldn't finish it off! Left the second poached egg, half the spinich and a rasher of bacon. I couldn't even fit in a pastry! Here i am nearly 4 hours later and i still can't face food!!

What is wrong with me???? MY TUMMY HAS SHRUNK AND I NEED LESS FOOD, THAT'S WHAT!!

Oh IF - how i love thee :D

Well today I have had for lunch one bowl of soup, one slice of toast and a piece of orange drizzle cake and I am completely stuffed and feeling quite uncomfortable! I can't get my brain to come to terms with how quickly I fill up and keep eating too much. Hopefully I'll learn eventually

Happy Anniversary anyway and I hope you get enough appetite back to be able to nibble something at dinner!

Me too. Definite shrinkage. Sometimes feel like I've eaten a brick, not a normal bit of food.

Happy Anniversary!

Me too and my husband who's also doing 5:2.

We are going for dinner Sat night and reckon the only way we'll do it is if we miss lunch! Otherwise will be too full.

Still working out how to manage this ...

Not a bad thing but think it will take a while. We are just used to eating more than we need.
