I think they put calories on the menu next to each dish! :)
I don't know anything about this place, but do you HAVE to eat all that is on your plate? Is it acceptable to take the uneaten portion home with you? In US we call it a "to-go" box or "doggie bag".
Lulabella, yes, they do have calorie content on their menus, :like:

Betsygr8, I don't know if they do 'doggie bags' as I've never seen anyone ask for one but I'm sure they would do if if asked. The trouble is we eat EVERYTHING they give us, :plate: :plate: so....mmmm Just as well we don't have a starving dog at home waiting for it's supper, :dog:

Ballerina x
Just a quick update. I resisted the curry's and burger's last night and opted for Malteserr's suggestion of the 'chicken breast and pepper skewers with peri peri sauce'. It was surprisingly tasty and also very cheap. Thanks to Ballerina and everyone else for the advice!
I was looking at their menu last week because a friend asked me to suggest an ale and I got curious when I saw that they have the calories. Gotta say... WOW!!! Millions of calories, what do they do, toss them all in the deep fryer and wait till they are golden-brown?
