My typical fast days are Mon & Wed, and now I am trying to add a Friday "half-er" where I fast through the day, (breakfast and lunch) and then evening meal is not restricted to 500 calories... so basically eat what I want.

Nice way to do it. maybe we call that

4.5 : 2.5 diet (kidding)
i think the best part about this diet is how simple it is to customize for our unique individual needs. Remember as long as you are still losing weight it wont mater if you stick to the 500/600 calorie count. Nomater how you do it there will be times when your body will get stubborn just remember that measurements are more important then the numbers on the scale, And before you change your dieting habit try to wait a few weeks because the diet may still be working it's simply your body catching up with itself. best of luck :)
