Today i decided to add Fridays to my Tuesday and Sundays for fast day. With 3 weeks in a row of Thursday, Friday, Saturday the weight creeping up by 100g or so a day.. I figured i'd show that scale a thing or twp and make it a fast day on Friday's as well.
Means that there willl be only 2 days every week where I have two consecutive feast days.
And.. no longer will I dread Sunday weigh-ins!
Maybe when I reach my goal weight which is another 8 kg i will revert to 5:2. I wouuldnt want to weigh less than my goal weight so it 5:2 would be my maintenance mode.
