Can't make up my mind which one I prefer. MFP seems clearer but I'm not sure it gives you an weekly average of what you've eaten. MFS seems to be more detailed but have a things missing compared to MFP. Maybe I didn't work out all their options. Xx

I prefer MFS as it gives you an average daily calorie count and it doesn't nag you if you don't eat up to your allowance! Also the recommended daily allowance seems more sensible. Not sure whether MFP has such a good range of uk supermarket foods (but are you in the uk?).
Yes I'm a French lady in Leicestershire . I use MFS right now. I wonder if I should eat the extra calories from exercises...tempting but not that hungry.
No, Dr Mosley says you shouldn't eat the calories from exercise, sorry!
I meant on normal days. Watching calories now because I overeat! Ohlala!;)
I've never tried MFS, but I like MFP because there's an app to use on iPad/iPhone so it's very quick and easy. Online, you can enter all the ingredients to a recipe and it will calculate the nutritional data and save it as a personal recipe. It seems to have all the British supermarket stuff - you can enter the details yourself from the packaging if something's not there, and share it with the community. I used to use it every day to record my intake, but calorie counting gets so tiresome. Now I only enter data on fasting days and ignore the nagging!
