Fasting in five words
04 Jun 2013, 09:26
OK I don't call it 'fasting', but it works with the alliteration in the title!! I call it 'repair day', because the OH grimaces at any word of a 'diet', but also because I am doing this for repair reasons too!!

Anyway, I'm fasting today and feeling good. Thought we could play a game. Describe in 5 words how you feel / what 5:2 means to you. I'll go first:

I'm in control of food!

I don't actually 'need' breakfast

Feeling rather smug right now

I get the impression it's good not to snack, because as soon as the body realises there is food about, it asks for more.

However, if tea or coffee just isn't cutting it, I choose celery and blueberries.
