Aww thanks Emsy that helps a bunch :D I think you're right, I'll either fast tomorrow or do a 16:8. I still have plenty of stuff to make another big stir fry soup for an evening meal so I'm well set :D Thanks X

Well done for not succumbing, you should feel proud as you didn't blow the whole thing. I've been fasting today and have to admit its been a bit hard going, my stubbornness has kicked in though and I'm heading to bed for a much needed sleep to stave off the hunger pains! Although if I'm honest my body isn't that hungry, it just feels empty, breakfast will be here before we know it! If I have time I may even have a scrambled egg as that fills me up a treat after a fast day! Big pat on the back from me though :0)

Hi Hopeful heart,
Hope you feel better soon. I am fasting today & have really struggled... It's a warm day today ( not complaining!) and I hadn't drunk enough at work, finished at lunchtime and made up for the lack of fluids but stil felt yukky & as I was out with a friend I decided to eat something sweet (220 cals) which helped a lot. I then walked briskly for 1/2 an hour to an appt. when hubby got home we did a much longer walk and then I had a small dinner... I've had 700 cals today but according to 'map my walk' I've earned 574 cals so I guess it's all balanced out.
I guess what I'm trying to say (waffle, waffle!) is that you're not alone and you haven't failed today. Get well soon!! Xx
