I can't believe how used to feeling hungry i am getting - i seriously never thought i'd see the day!
When my sugar levels drop and i am hungry i shake so hard i can't even drive! I rip everyones head off and can't focus on anything. I get light headed and feel terrible, like i could kill someone! At this point when i get hold of food it's like i haven't eaten for a month - i'm like an animal, wolfing it down! Once i've eaten i'm back to my happy, bubbly self - like a new person!
This fast diet was never going to be easy for me, i knew that! This is the end of my third week and i'm still here, and so is everyone else
I seem to be reprogrammed, something i never thought possible. I still feel hungry but my body knows that it's ok to feel hungry. I have my grumpyness under control now, in fact my husband has even noticed and can't quite believe it when i'm on a fast day!
All newbies out there - i promise you, the first two weeks are extremely difficult but if i can reprogramme myself like this and accept and overcome it, you most certainly can too. Switching to one large meal at the end of the day helped me too. I no longer look at the clock all day as i know i won't be having anything until dinner time. When that big delicious meal is in front of me every mouthful counts and i am full up for the rest of the evening!
