lol because snack, snack, snack as metabolism packs up if you don't.

Also because 2000/2500 is the dietrician's mantra, even when totally inappropriate.
A closed mind and an open mouth lead to obesity, I know it's NOT quite that simple but it is close,

When I was first told about the fast diet from my dear friend Susan, I thought that it was fast as in speed and not fasting and I was very keen on trying it, LOLOL!!!
I have not so called "DIETED" for more than 30 years I didn't bother as I know I can't keep it up and the weight would go back on as it always does,BUT when I read about this WOE I thought "I could do this for life" and that is what I intend to do
