You look wonderful Suchard, vibrant and healthy!
Fantastic!!!
You look great, you must be really proud of yourself, well done
you look amazing Suchard
Hello Suchard and welcome to the forums. We did have a Suchard (lovely, vibrant lady ) who we seem to have lost? Perhaps you two know each other?
Suchard, when I saw your new photie I actually jaw dropped. You are truly beautiful - looking young, vibrant and just gorgeous.

Suchard you look amazing, so how did you lose the years as well as the lbs?
I am quite overwhelmed by all your comments – thank you all so very much. I’m tempted to point out that the latest pic is with the camera looking down so that you can’t see my inherited double chins (from grandmother and mother, and my lovely 20 year old slim 10st daughter has them too) – but that would be being ungracious . So I say thank you to you all – your comments are all so lovely and have given me inspiration for the last, and hopefully final, push to shed the remaining 1 – 1.5 stone to get in the mid range weight of ‘normal’. I hope to get there by the end of the year (mine is a very slow weight loss ) Note to self: don’t buy any more Toblerones for others and then promptly eat them hee, hee, hee
I was actually looking through some pics a month or so ago, getting before, during and after photos for myself as I can’t see my weight loss as readily as other people (well we never can can we!). My previous pic on this forum was actually NOT at my heaviest – don’t know that I’ll ever dare put them up here on this forum… maybe I will when I reach goal weight as they may give hope/encouragement/inspiration to others that this weight loss thing CAN be overcome and on this WOL it’s relatively easy
Thank you again my 5:2 chums – look forward to seeing you around the forum

Well done, Im inspired by whats possible with this WOL!
You look lovely Suchard & an inspiration for us all to keep going.
I hadn't seen this thread before seeing a post by you on another topic. My thoughts went something like this,'That's strange having two Suchard007's - I must have made a mistake with the user name, perhaps the other one is Suchard07!' Doh! How stupid am I?
Congratulations on such a wonderful transformation, although it's lovely to see that you still have that wonderful smile! Onwards and downwards!
