I do Tuesdays and Thursdays and have done since I started in January. Conversely to others, I actually find the Thursday fast easier as I know Friday and the weekend is there, almost on top of me! I also do 16:8 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday but don't bother at weekends. It has worked for me

Hi All,
I usually do 2d in between but have done 1d and didn't notice a difference. I watch what I eat to some extant on feed days but do eat a bit more on the days following a fast day. You might need to watch what you eat on the feed days too since there will be a longer interval.

Dont you just love the period after the evening meal, on the homestretch, got me a nice dull headache though. i have a spare 30 calls, will leave them though. I am going to have a croissant, for breakfast if I'm happy with the scales. If the scales are mean, I will have berries and greek yogurt.
I do 4:3, usually Sunday, Tues, Thurs, so I only have 2 days off at weekends Fri/Sat - I'm fine with this. May go to 5:2 next week as I'm getting closer to my goal weight. I'm more worried about eating too much (2 days between fasts), than too little (1 day between). However not sure I would want to have 4 feed days till next fast
Oh BBT I like how you expressed "I don't seem to have a fast memory , each day is new" that is so true too I find the day can be amazingly easy or tougher. Maybe that is the edge to it eg unpredictable so never boring
Ive been fasting Monday, Wednesday, Friday for the last 3 weeks and i find the Monday fast the hardest because ive had a weekend of eating what i like. I think it also depends how busy i am. I used to keep myself really busy on fast days but the last few times ive done it on my day off with nothing to do. I get slight hunger pangs through out the day that i can sort of shrug off, but around 4pm thats when i start to get quite hunger as i know ill be eating around 7pm and im planning on what im going to eat.
