good plan. I will try that.
I am the same. I think i try to make up for what i missed out on the fast days which i know isnt really what you should do but i really do love my food and i find i crave foods on my fasting days and say to myself i can have it tomorrow. Although i do indulge in the foods i am craving, i now have the problem of 'my mind is bigger than my belly' i get 3/4 of the way through a meal and then feel i have to finish it to make up for it! so i need to tell myself to stop being greedy so then my portions sizes will decrease :)
I'm glad it's not just me. I did so well in the early days but now I am finding on my normal days I eat and eat. I think I will try some of the suggestions and perhaps be good during the week and not so strict at the weekend. I don't want to lose much weight but it doesn't seem to be shifting :(
Thank you for this post :) It's made me feel so much better knowing I'm not the only one! I have eaten more than 700 calories over my TDEE today :O Some of the things I've eaten I didn't even enjoy really. It was more a case of yay i can have a bag of crisps today! Hoping it will settle down soon.
I didn't really have a problem with over eating on feast days because of a few reasons: I didn't want to undo all of my hard work on a fast day, my appetite was reduced because of fasting and I really tried hard NOT to snack. If I did eat biscuits or chocolate as a snack then I would (and still do) miss a meal to make up for it. I think everyone has the occasional blow out (I know I did) but I felt so sick afterwards that it didn't happen often!
It's my first feast day today and the first thing i ate was 2 bits of birthday cake (sons birthday yesterday), i managed to avoid it yesterday as it was a fast day for me, but as soon as i woke up i thought mmmmmm cake!

Silly me  nevermind chicken and mushroom risotto and a little reggae ketchup for lunch mmmmmmmmm
