;-) i called it steak because i have NO idea how its called in english or if its even something thats sold outside of the Netherlands, its called a slavink, and is minced meat, pork, rolled into bacon...so one small one already was 200 cal ;-)and its only really good when baked in what we call croma, best baking butter ever, which has so many calories i think with that alone i would go over the 500.

so i ended up having a two egg omelet with tomatos, onions, spinach and one slice of light cheese :-)
Mmmm, my Oma used to cook the most amazingly tender beef, cooked in croma all day in the oven...

i bet your Oma made "draadjesvlees" and yes thats so tender it falls apart when you try to scoop it up ;-)
