Or you measure your height and divide by 2, your waist should measure less than that.

I was always skinny, pear shaped with thin arms and legs but I've never had a slim waist. "Straight down no nonsense" as my dad used to say.
I think when I've lost the last 11 lbs then my my waist-to-height ratio will probably be in the healthy range but I'm not going to worry about it as nobody in my family has ever had heart disease - and many of them are/were overweight or obese.

I think that exercise is the only thing to do on this occasion. Lots and lots and lots of abdominal work. As women we often have a little tummy even if we are tiny. Caused often by pregnancy. But it is possible to have a flat stomach after babies. And watch the wheat intake. Good luck
