First foray into full fast!
04 Feb 2013, 20:56
Hello everyone, hope everyone is still having fasting fun!

5th fast today, but feels like i've been doing this for ages already. Today i decided to have a go with not having the 500 cals at all as i think i'd be better off not getting my appetite up with a small meal.

It's gone surprisingly well, have been on a training course today so had a large black coffee this morning, loads of water throughthe day and a mint tea tonight. Minimal rumblings and felt very alert all day. Managed to make fellas tea without sticking my tongue in it or licking his dirty cutlery, which was amazing as it was pasta and creamy mushroom sauce. Haven't chewed anyones face off in irritation either.

Just a couple of hours til bed time, hopefully won't find my pilow missing in the morning. If it doesn't affect my sleep tonight then i think this is how i'll continue.

Dr M said when he did his 4 day fast that he dreamed eating a sandwich so vividly he had to check the bed for crumbs in the morning!!! Perhaps you had better do the same!
