Just wanted to to say thank you for the all the advice on this one. On my second fasting day I mixed the drinks up a bit...some water, some squash (no added sugar) and some sprite zero. That really got me through the day and I didn't feel hungry at all.
Oh and a 4lb loss for my first week, so I'm really happy with that. Having never calorie counted before it's really opened my eyes as to how many calories are in everything, so in fairness I am adapting my every day eating too.
