MaryAnn, I measure my arms. Not seeing much difference as I haven't measured for 6 weeks but think they look leaner and more shapely, less dinner lady-ish! I also measure my bust, waist, hips, widest part (which is my tum) , under bust/midriff, thighs, calves, ankles and arms. DOn't weigh often though!
