I just started this diet on thursday and the fast days are going fine, they're no bother at all...the thing I'm confused about is the feed days...are you supposed to count calories aswell on those days or not?
I wanted to do this diet because I thought apart from the fast days it was a non counting calorie diet, so no hassle or fuss, just a normal life...I've done all that before and wanted something different.
I've read alot of different posts on the forum an alot of people seem to be counting calories on their feed days...will i still loose weight if I do two fast days but eat normally the rest of the time, as anyone else lost weight this way?
