Morning all. I'm fasting today and I've woken up grumpy! But then I went to bed grumpy too!! Had bad day in general yesterday, was stuck in a meeting till 8.30pm last night. I'm grumpy cos I didn't sleep very well last night, as I couldn't settle after the meeting. The idea of fasting today has also put me in a bad mood
But, take absolutely no notice of me!! I will be fine, it'll be a long day, but I know I'll feel better at the end of it if I have fasted.
I'm heading to M&S later to check out the 'fuller for longer' meals. I've been trying to cut carb's out on the fast day, but finding it hard. I read somewhere on the recipe section here that these meals are higher in protein and lower in carbs. So, I'm going to go for an easy option today and have a meal that has the cals all worked out for me. I'll let you know how I get on.
If I can, I'm going to stick it out with no food until 5pmish, it seems to suit me better.
