Morning all :)

Sorry if this has been posted before,( if it has please give me the link!)

I read a post yesterday where someone ( I can't remember who) said they split their calories over the week something like this ...

Mon 500
Tue 2100
Wed 500
Thu 1000
Fri 2100
Sat 2100

Which averaged at just under 1200 per day over the week. I'm starting 5:2 tomorrow and am writing my shopping list at the mo but would love to know how you spread your calories over the week and what your average weight loss per week is?

Thanks a lot! :D

Ha ha ha, sorry, just looked again at this and I left Sunday off!

How does this look for a week?

M 500
T 1000
W 1000
T 500
F 1500
S 2000
S 2000

Which would be just over 1,200 per day averaged out over the week :)

A you can see, very variable. I have been losing about 0.75 kg per week. My TDEE is 2000 according to www.fatsecret.co.uk my average for Feb so far is 1505.
Oh this is interesting :)
Mine was very similar to caro's but I now eat about 500 on my two repair days and 1600 on feed days.....still no weight loss.

ETA just used fat secret and it suggests eating 2100 per day.....
Pink - You really should be eating more on your feast days. Try to get closer to your TDEE. You'll be better for it. :)
