Hello. I use this app for tracking on my iPhone so also usable with iPad.
There's a free one and then the payable one. You can change the units by pressing the big blue true weight block at the top of the screen. There's a nice graph too but only complaint is it doesn't store the weights chronologically so the only way I have of tracking is by checking my progress tracker here on the forum.

The forum progress tracker allows you to choose kg, pounds or stone. It's next revision will involve a weighted moving average rather than an overall trend. We are also working on various apps, so watch this space!
I use Happy Scale on iPad and phone. It's versatile.
Free ones that I use
All have a choice of kg or lbs
myfitnesspal - you can use this just to track - even without the diary
Withings (http://www.withings.com/us/health-mate.html ) good for tracking and great easy to read and compare - will sync with multiple devices ie - ipad and iphone
