I got quite a shock today. We had been shopping and I was dragging a bag of cat litter across the floor as I was struggling to lift it. I looked at the weight just out of interest and it was 10kg. A quick calculation showed that I have actually lost two and a half bags of cat litter! Scary when you think I was struggling to lift one and yet I'd been carting that weight round every day!
