Don't get too hung up on losing much more weight - you're well within the healthy weight range already anyway. I took the liberty of reading your blog and was struck by the concern your husband is showing that you don't eat enough, and where he sees your spine and bones you are seeing lovehandles. He sounds loving and supportive - would it really be so bad just to tone up now and get fit, strong and healthy and forget about losing more weight?
And yes, you're a woman, not a 12 year old boy - you're allowed to have a bit of padding (or womanly curves!).

I grew up being told I was fat by everyone even strangers. The downfall of living in asia. It has stuck with me. Going home means everyone comments on my weight. I am lucky to live in Norway where people are bigger and dont mention weight. I am doing this more to prove to myself I can do it without sebotaging it. I now want to get to the weight to prove a point and then get my body at lower and not care abt the scale ecen if it is not as friendly. I now want to be able to do a chin up and push up and slowly build up the amount I can do!! a much saner goal then being skinny. slim is ok skinny is not for a soon to be 40 year old

Aina you are so right! Cultural norms can leave us with poor self image and it sounds as though you just have to slay this dragon once and for all, and then get on with being happy, healthy, strong and dare I say Shapely!! Wishing you the very best!
