Ok..so.. While some of you only weigh once per week and others daily, this WOL is pretty much week to week/on a weekly progress basis. So I am wondering when you weigh yourself and consider that week's weight official? What I mean is, do you weigh the day after your second weekly fast and measure it then, or at the very end/final day of your fasting week? I hope this made sense, I just want to make sure my official stats are accurate when it comes to weekly loss..

Well for me, at least for now, I'm undergoing some medical treatment that requires me to be at the dr office every Monday and get my weight and vitals recorded, so for the next 6 weeks I'll let that be my official weigh in. My fast days are Sunday and Thursday, so my weigh in will be the day after a fast day.
At the end of the 6weeks I'll probably just follow that same pattern at home.
I don't weigh every day, just created unnecessary stress

For me it always used to be after the fast day closest to Monday. That was when I was weighing once a week at the health clinic at work.
Now that I'm weighing daily, I have cheated a few times and used the weight the day after if it was lower than my normal weigh-in day. Two weeks running it has been lower, in both cases resulting in a small loss for the week, whereas the normal weigh in time would have resulted in a small gain for the week.
If my weight goes even lower later in the week, I haven't gone so far as putting it in the progress tracker, though I'm tempted... [I'm on a bit of a plateau, or at least very slowed down weight loss compared to the first 3 or so months I've been doing 4:3. Any little helps psychologically.]
p.s. I'm using True Weight to record my daily weigh-ins, btw. I'm a little disappointed in the trend line. I'm not sure what equation they use to get it, but it seems almost always to be higher than my weigh-in numbers, which just seems mean.

I weigh myself daily. I accept the ups and downs but enjoy seeing how the little dots connect overall to form a downward trend.
I read somewhere in the forum that weight loss will show up two days after the fast. But I weigh in every Tuesday one day after fast. By keeping the same habit it all comes out in the wash wouldn't you say?
I started my 1st fast on Wednesday so tend to weigh myself on a Wednesday morning even though I fast Mon and Thurs now. Now thinking should I weigh myself on a Friday but no, stick to the Wednesday.
I weigh Monday morning, which is typically the first weekly fast day. I figure what I weigh after the weekend is my highest, so I like to keep any upcoming losses in my pocket. I also know I usually weigh 3-5 lbs lighter in the a.m. Compared to p.m.
I weigh every day (I know from bitter experience that I have to very quickly stamp on any gain) but my "official" weigh day is Friday morning after 2nd fast of the week.
I track every result on a weight tracker (i can't get libra in France so it's something else) but I only record here when I've really got a weight "in the bag" i.e. I'm confident it's not a one-off!

I fast on Monday and Thursday (usually). I weigh and measure on Sunday morning before breakfast regardless of when I fasted.
I weigh myself daily but my official weigh in day where I enter my stats is the morning after my second fast. At the moment that is Friday.
I normally fast on Tuesday and Thursday (although this does vary depending on what's happening in the week) but always weigh Friday morning. This is the day after a fast - normally - but I figure if the general trend is going downwards (and I am seeing results slowly but surely over the past 10 weeks) then all is good!
I usually fast on Monday and Thursday and record my official weekly weigh-in on Wednesday mornings- it seems to me to be my truest weight!
I do weigh daily though and record it on weightchart.com which I really like- keeps me on track and helps watch short term goals.

I weigh in on a Thursday as I get bad water retention on a indulgent weekend and it takes 3 days for my body to sort itself out after I have abused it.
I weigh the morning after my second fast day of the week which is usually Friday. I don't do this weekly though. Usually every second or third week. I must confess, sorry Moogie, that if I've had a gain or maintain I don't record it but wait another week until I do so. I do like to see my trend line going down and not up! Had a great weight loss this last fortnight - over 2.5 kg. but I. Have a lot to lose - I've still got a way to go until I get into the just obese category. But I know I will!
I fast on Mon/Wed/Fri and always weigh in on a Friday morning before fasting for the day. I feel like it's a fair weigh in as I've fasted for 2 days and eaten normally as well.
