I weigh everyday too. I read a good article when I first started to try to lose weight that said if you naturally never weigh yourself do it daily and if you are obsessed with it do it monthly. I tried every two weeks and had horrible results. I would think I did so good all week expect this huge loss and it would be the same. Now who knows if that was just becaue I just ate or what! I find daily before I eat to be more accurate. I track it too daily on my
Phone with an app so I can go back to last Friday or whatever to make sure its lower. It also keeps me in check. Bad feast day I'll see it the next day. Didnt know quite if I had a good eating day I'll know the next day. I get less emotional about it doing it this way.
