..you get through to dinner time without wanting to murder your (also fasting) husband at least once for complaining about ''feeling hungry"!

Maintaining at 147 pounds (in theory)!

The 2017 Christmas Challenge is gone but my aims remain the same! They are:-
1. Remain on track to get back to my target weight of 147 pounds
2. Get at least twenty minutes of walking, on at least five days per week
3. Allow myself only one 'sweet treat' on non-fasting days.
4. Cook dinner 'from scratch' at least five days per week

When you know the scales tomorrow will be a new low because you had a very successful fast day and you can smell the ketones, wee smells like new mown hay which signals you made it into at burning mode.
