Funny think I will unexpectedly be doing a back to back ~ a first because I have been remiss by lots pf calories consumed and want to come in on my combined weekly TDEE. Today was 5:2 with fluids until dinner so under 500. So now it's camomile tea, sleep and see if I can manage same tomorrow, won't fuss if not and convert to 16:8.
I just haven't quite returned to my cruisy track since having a week off. Am all over the shop and do want to get back to my lowest low of a couple of days ago and we are heading for the big weigh in next week aren't we?
