Vegetables on a fasting day
13 Feb 2013, 20:31
Hi this is my first fasting day, and I am not sure if I carried it out correctly.
Can you have as many vegetables as you want on a Fasting day.

Depends what else you are eating! The only rule is not to go over 500 cals so you need to count everything. The calorie counter at www.fatsecret.co.uk is helpful as it gives calories for typical veggies so you don't have to weigh them.
