When to Weigh for the 5:2?
15 Feb 2013, 18:22
I fasted Wed, ate normal yesterday, and fasted today.. Will eat normal on weekend.. Then will fast Mon/Thursday next week..
So my question what day to weigh myself? I was thinking Wed however that would be after a 'feast' day.. I'm so confused when to weigh myself knowing weight fluctuates sometimes.. Please help!.. Thanks!

I suggest...next Friday or Saturday, or better, the following Friday or Saturday. Also if you haven't already measured your waist, do it now and measure again on your weigh day!

"I fasted Wed, ate normal yesterday, and fasted today"

Weigh yourself tomorrow, after you've completed the weeks fast-days.

But. Do not worry about a 'spot' one off weigh-in, it's the long term trends that are important.

I decided to fast on Mondays (Fasted yesterday) and Thursday and then will weigh in on Fridays.. Hopefully this works and will encourage me to better on the weekends :)
