Going in to negative calories?
15 Feb 2013, 21:52
Today is the first fast day that I have done enough exercise to burn off more than I have eaten. I've burnt 600 calories and eaten just under 500.

I'm sure I'll be eating enough tomorrow to catch up lol. But I've enjoyed exercising today so if I was to do this on a regular basis is it ok?
It's the general idea...to burn more than you eat so you can lose weight ;-)

Seriously, yes it's fine. If you are increasing your exercise level you can eat eat a bit more (recalculate your TDEE) and so have more on fast days (25% of TDEE).
Thanks for your advice, I will re-calculate my TDEE and see what it comes out as.

Definitely enjoyed the workout yesterday so glad that its ok.
