I'm a bit confused. I've calculated my TDEE and it's 1600 kcals so 25% is 400. So should I have 400 kcals on fast days? I assumed I would have to but on the Fast Diet official website a woman whose TDEE was approx 1500 was told by Michael to have 500 kcals. So which figure should I choose? Help!
It's 500 for women and 600 for men. I don't think it really matters too much as long as you stay around 500, you should still loose weight.

To be honest with you, i don't even count my calories. I don't eat anything till dinner and i just give myself a smaller portion to what i normally have and i have a big salad to go with it which really bulks it out and fills you up. And im loosing weight. ;)
Yes, 400 if your TDEE is only 1600. You need a big difference between feed and fast days to get the benefits of fasting.

If you are wanting to lose weight, consider this: if your TDEE is only 1600 then by having 500 on a fast day you will only cut your calories by 2200 per week meaning weight loss will be slow since you need a cut of 3500 to lose 1 lb of fat. Even 400 on fast days will not be enough for 1 lb, so if you can raise your TDEE through exercise that will help.
