Hey, just wandering what body water and fat should be? I have scales but not sure what the figures should be. Thanks

Hi Tammygirl
I use the Tanita scales which measure fat %, water %, visceral fat etc.
If you look at their website you will see the guidelines about what levels you should aim for:

Thanks Franglaise,

I've just got some Tanita scales so your reply to Tammygirl was really helpful. The website explains in a little more detail than the booklet that came with the scales.

Although I am at an unhealthy level for some of the measures, for others I am ok which is good to know. At least the unhealthy % are going in the right direction!
