Re: 36 Hour fast - worth it?

I couldn't do this I have vitamins and one medication I take everyday with food , so that just makes it impossible . The other reason is I like milk is coffee . On my fast days I have 50 mls in 2 to 3 cups of coffe and one coffee I allow myself more so I get one really milky one so again that wouldn't be feasable. I do admire those who can do this. The only time I ever do this has been before operations and then I don't take my medications and vitamins. Do all of you doing this not take vitamins or medication ? just curious ?

I don't take any vitamins or medication or supplements. Happily I've never needed to be on medication, and I'm confident (lol :?: ) my diet is varied and good enough to cover all the vitamins and minerals I need

And I do have milk in my tea, so I'm probably about 100 calories in milk really.
