To answer The Frog's question about eating to TDEE -

No i just ate like normal- lunch dinner and snacks. Never count cals at all but am conscious of eating healthy.

And sleeping has been a bit of an issue- hard to get to sleep sometimes!
Well done Leanne and a good wrap for 16:8 too
Well done Leanne, great news. I am still loving 5:2 + 16:8. It just suits my appetite so much and makes me more mindful about what I'm shovelling in. Good luck with maintaining on 16:8
Congrats!
I also find 16:8 works well with 5:2 as I have never liked to eat late at night and for many years don't eat carbohydrates after 7pm - except on very special occasions when I have a chocolate dessert.
