5:2 Diet Results: Before & After

The 'before' pictures are on top and the 'so far' pictures on the bottom (in case that wasn't obvious). The upper right picture was taken right before I started 5:2/4:3 (March 18, 2013). The upper left picture was taken about a year before that (May 2012). The lower right picture was taken on August 20, 2013. The lower left two pictures were taken recently, at about the six-month mark.

Fantastic! And YES it's obvious which pictures are 'before' and 'after' lol Look at the waist! and the slim hips! omg! very obvious! :victory: :like: :heart: :)

MaryAnn, I've been so impressed and a bit envious of your progress, we started at nearly the same time and yet you've lost twice as much. I admire you for all the "extra" you put into it too, you exercise, walk, run ... I don't do all that, I just do my 2 days a week, I'm happy with my loss but you show me how much faster it could have been and can possibly be in the future. Together, we show that this WoE DOES work regardless but it works better with the extra. Way to go girl! :like: :)

Superb, well done, you look amazing! It's funny how we often can't see the loss so much in ourselves, a look back on an older photo can prove the point.
