Does anyone else find that they breakout when losing weight? I was virtually pimple free before starting to lose weight, now I getting pimples on my chin. I recall this happened last time I lost weight too...Anyone else find this?

No sorry, can't help you there, never been spotty. Perhaps drink plenty of water to flush yourself out. I hope they disappear soon. I will tag @carorees here as she the forums medical expert. If she doesn't know she will find out for you. :clover:

There's a lot of oestrogen stored in fat tissue which is released when you lose weight, this can affect menstrual cycle in some women and probably also cause the acne symptoms. I'm sure it'll settle down soon as your body adapts.

Absolutely! I haven't had so many zits since I was a teen.

This never happened when I did a straight low cal low carb diet, but I didn't lose at the rate I am now on that diet, either.
