Yes, I faithfully drink ten 12-oz glasses of water and have 3 instant chicken buillions with high sodium along the course of the day. I eat cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast and for dinner have sometimes a vegetarian soy-based (lots of protein) chili I make at home, or a salad, or another homemade dish, a mulligatawny recipe I found on this site.
