My skin is much improved but I think a big part of it is coconut oil. The other things low carbs, less sugar, 4:3, water and exercise certainly helped, too.

My nails are really not that much better. The dermatologist years ago said that I have psoriasis in my nails as well as a few other spots (elbows, a small patch on each leg and on my forehead. ) The toenails and forehead have seen a lot of improvement. But, my finger nails have very pronounced ridges. The splitting is maybe a little improved. I tried taking Biotin and a Skin and Nails supplement. Both of those seemed to make the splitting nails worse not better and I started getting painful hang nails from them, too. The ridges could be thyroid or psoriasis related since I have issues with both.
