Since starting 5:2 six weeks ago my nails are growing super strong. I've always struggled to grow them before, I don't bite them or pick at them, they were just always really weak and wouldn't grow. And my skin seems to have improved too. It wasn't really an issue before but I have certainly noticed that it's clearer and smoother.
Just some of the other benefits of this WOE that I've noticed so far! Long term, it will be interesting to see the inside health benefits but I'm all for the ones on the outside too!
I didn't think I had upped my vegetable intake that much (I eat loads anyway) so what could be the reason for the growth of my nails? Maybe I do eat more veg, I just don't realise it?
