Thanks Madlou, i welcome any suggestion. As I said I love hot tea and it's shame I can't tolerate it on fast days. I'll try pepermint tea too. :heart:
Hi Umleila. It was a very easy fasting day for me today . I spent all day out and since i was not home i didn't crave hot tea and had 2 cans of diet coke ( i know i know it's bad but beleive me it helps my sugar craving A LOT)
I had dinner for only 300 cal and just had my second cup of hot green tea . :D
I bought fresh ginger to make as you suggested for my next fasting day which will be on Monday :heart:[/quote]
