Don't fancy a pack of Brillos myself, could you not have had a pack of Jaffa cakes like the rest of us?

Ballerina x
Lightweights, thats what you are. I still have Boxing Day Cheese and crackers and Crimbo cake, then tomorrow its my Wedding Anniversary meal with hubby. Then it looks as if we've all been invited to my daughters, partners, Mums house for new years Eve /partners leaving bash. In other words meeting the future in-laws for the first time, dinky-poo's. 2013 isn't finished till the hangover on January 1st.

Dear @rawkarenHe's just a little boy on the Pets4homes site! X
Boxing Day was named for the Victorian Era tradition of the richer folks making up a box of food and 'gifts' for the poor people in the neighborhood and handing them out on the day after Christmas. Said 'gifts' would be outgrown clothing from the children, unwanted toys, maybe old curtains for the mother of the house or a petticoat. In other words the cast-offs of the rich were handed down to the underlings/ servants/tenants known to the landowners/ bosses.
Hi all Christmas Club members. Are you still taking new members on board? Please can I join you for 2014 - am starting with my 1st fast day tomorrow - will be weighing and posting details tomorrow. How do I join the Club?
Welcome to the forum, Maryanne
Welcome @maryannemcconnell
The Christmas club will be winding down now, but we'll still be around. Why don't you pop into the chatterbox thread and join the conversation.

I can't see the changing avatars on my laptop, only on the tablet., so didn't realise CM had a flashing one!!!!!
Btw, that was hub I was smooching with xx

PennyForthem wrote: A huge huge thank you to all of Santa's little helpers, pixies, elves and fasters. I hope you all had a wonderful time, even with bumps and bruises sustained while tripping over, not having had any mulled wine... naming no names @Manderley!
You did a wonderful job! Your turkey basters, recipes, corkscrews, pots, pans and rubber gloves can be stored safely until next year.
How many of us do you think there'll be then?
We'll have to get @Juliana.Rivers to open her Christmas club early again, so we can all shape up!
Like @AzureBlue we have offspring today, so if I thought I was tired yesterday, think again!

@PennyForthem yep, definitely.... probably around mid September. anything earlier is too frightening. ill be on maintenance then.. :like: :like: :like: but happy to spur on those needing to remove more pounds. it was fun but im still going for approximately another 30 days on the club as im determined to have at least 100 poeple get to their target. indeed will stop when i reach 100 even if its March!!!!
the balance of 50 are people who dont really visit the forum at all or those just planning to hiding under their camp tent permanent. i can chase 70 people but not 120.

Just saw your post @maryannemcconnell well no, not really but someone here may be setting up a 2014 club of sorts. someone mentioned that i should create a new club but i wont be able to cause of new work commitments about to start

I will be pushing the original 150 club members to get to their targets till i get at least 100 through.

so anyone making up any new club?
So my family must think I look half starved these days as, along with a big hamper of super goodies, much chocolate and boxes of SCRUMMY biscuits have arrived!!!
What to do?

Resume Monday and Thursday 24 hour fasts of course!
:0)
  Me also @Asureblue I've never had so many biscuits and chocks given to me  typical!!!!
will just have to "share" them and more importantly
ration the rest, because today didn't turn out to be a true 500 fast, never mind there's always
next week+ next year
