@Debs, the Pinot noir was Tinpot Hut from the Malborough. I bought a dozen from the Vinomofo website. If you are into your wine then it's worth keeping an eye on their site, they sell really good wine at bargain prices. (No this is not an advertisement, my only association is buying and drinking their product).
Ha ha!!! Always on the look out for a bargain. I had a copy of the Wine Companion and it had a selection of cheap wines that OH was keeping an eye out for . He found them discoubted in the local IGA from $20 to $8 and came home with two cases!!
Morning all. Another beautiful frosty day in Northumberland.......... off to get my hair done whilst I'm here...
Always guaranteed to make you feel better! As does the sunshine.
Is it good being home Karen?
Well it's a beautiful morning here in sunny Surrey. I'm sniffing away though...those allergy tablets don't seem to be doing the trick once I'm dressed I shall take my little whippets in disguise and find the bluebell wood. It's so beautiful there...a sea of blue flowers...what a great start to the day, eh?
Have a great day everyone and remember...chocolate tomorrow!!

A woody glade filled with a carpet of bluebells is such a quintessentially English thing! One of my favourite smells and in fact today I'm wearing a scent called Bluebell by Penhaligon, again very British!
