Gorgeous pic CM, thank goodness bluebells are now protected and you're not allowed to dig them up, it would be a tragedy if they were to disappear from our countryside.

We sang in and out the Scottish bluebells and we were in the English Midlands!
I don't think we were being very accurate as I seem to think that Scottish Bluebells are in fact Harebells-a totally different plant from a different season.

Hmm I'm afraid I don't have that in my store Candy!

Have bluebell photos so will post them when downloaded. The girls weren't happy Easter bunnies today and Poppy was sick along the towpath. She's had her dinner now, though so all is ok

'Rappa rappa rappa on her shoulder, I'll be the master!' that what the rest of the song we sang CandiceMarie, then that person joined on behind us to go in and out of the raised arms!

I specially chose my route back from Bala to see the bluebells. They were felling trees and not a bluebell in sight. I was sad.

Most definitely not @Debsabout as far away from there as possible- a Scot (Glasgow area and Shetland)
Odd though how the miles difference still manage to throw up the same lyrics (all be it in a different accent)

I'm sure it was "Scottish bluebells" at my school in Birmingham. My grandmother loved bluebells and mum, dad, my sister and her family used to take her to the bluebell woods near them in N.Wales on her birthday; May 13th. They still go and raise a glass of sherry to her and the bluebells on her birthday.

We are here with family and friends, who have never met family. Friend has told family their son is on the autistic spectrum; we know this but it has been poo pooed and school has said he's not. Little lad needs help and recognition, even though I don't like labels. I do hope, for his sake, that a stranger can convince them that all is not well.

On the bbq tonight is chicken legin a Kashmiri sauce and a pork and home made wild garlic pesto burger. Thankfully, a light greek salad on the side with my wild garlic pesto dressing. I am a tad hungry!!!

I don't think we sang any bluebell songs!!
