You're definitely not a Moomin now Candy. What a lovely photo!

Yes, come on everyone...lets see you! Where are you? (as Delia once shouted to the Norwich fans...where are they indeed?!!)

Hugs to everyone who needs them.
I'm struggling here, I'm still working my meds down to nil. My routine is drop the dosage, suffer for 3 or 4 days as the previously suppressed nerve impulses go haywire, then have a couple of days being relatively pain free before I drop the dosage again. This last drop has been very hard. I haven't even been able to workout at the gym. 5 minutes on the stationary bike is all I've managed, before I feel too muscle weary to carry on. I'm not dropping my dosage again till after the Ludlow meeting as I don't want to be a misery when meeting everyone. I am on the last stretch though, just one more tablet a day, I need to halve the dosage next week then drop it altogether the week after. Then I will be major medication free. Just paracetamol and Ibuprofen from as needed for normal stuff from then on.

Today is car hunting day. We have had to bite the bullet and admit that we need a bigger car. We were just going to run this one into the ground and replace it it 2 or 3 years. But hubby's condition has deteriorated again to needing a bigger, more all terrain powerchair, which means we will need a bigger car able to take the size and the weight. Which mean higher fuel costs and higher insurance along with having a few thousand to pay out for this new one. Our youngest son is washing the old car and I will be cleaning the inside just in case they will take it part-ex if we find a suitable car.

I also hope to get out in the garden for an hour or so this afternoon. I have some dianthus to plant out. The garden is coming along brilliantly, its a lovely place to sit in the evening, who am I kidding, anytime after 10am, when the sun comes around the side of the house. If it wasn't a fast day today i would be sat out there with a mug of tea and something to nibble right now. I must remember to get some sweetpeas seedlings soon, I miss the scent and I must remember to get some Lily of the valley and bluebells for next year. I walked up the garden path of my 'little old man' plant supplier and the scent was heavenly from his bluebells and lily's.

Right I'm off. Hugs again, especially to @PennyForthem have a great day everyone.

HaHa it sounds as though you nibble on sweet peas Julie

Sorry to hear you're struggling a bit (although it sounds as though you're doing loads to me!) Having watched Vera lately I thought it would be great to have a Land Rover. That would be big enough wouldn't it?

Thanks @Callyanna for your sweet words. Its funny having the Moomins and Bean revealed isn't it

I'm sat here listening to In A Gadda Da Vida, its from one of my favourite films "Manhunter" with the wonderful William Petersen (who became better known as playing Gil in CSI...mmmm!) Anyway, the track goes on for 17 minutes. Its brilliant. If any of you haven't seen the film...I highly recommend it!! The scene during this track is just brilliant! Love it!

I suppose I really ought to take the girls out somewhere. Think I might have used all my energy up on here this morning...and besides they look quite cosy sat out on their cushions. Nah! Maybe I'll leave it for a while
