Well I had a stall at a school fete today and was accosted by a pair with some samples of a protein drink for muscle building/weight loss - the lady reliably informed me that she did a 90 day challenge and lost 3 stone.........I honestly can't say which came into my head first - "3 months - 3 stone - too quick" or "you should be old enough not to wear leggings which are see through!"

Haven't attempted to do mine yet but not looking forward to it!

I've just been checking my calender for this week and I'm going to be a busy bee, with girlie stuff for a change. Monday I am off to Hereford for a bit of clothes shopping and a hair cut as my fringe really needs sorting properly. Then Tuesday its the Ludlow meet up, AND Wednesday I am attending a lecture/demo by a professional film make-up artist on make-up for the more mature lady. I don't wear makeup, but I do filming with hubby and I've started to notice that my lips are disappearing, so I want to learn how to slap it not without looking or feeling caked in make up. So a girlie week. I'm really looking forward to it all.

Hmm not sure what to do. I've just put on my summer trousers and I'm not sure if they're supposed to look that baggy or whether they might fall down if I wear them out. Didn't realise I'd lost much around my waist. Hey ho I can live with that
