Hi fasting buddies wherever you are.
Well I've had a small gain this last week which takes me back needing to lose one kilo again for the spring into fall challenge and with just 2 weeks left I've got to get stuck right in and ruddy well make this goal, just in time for my holiday
I just hope I've learned my lesson from that one in Greece earlier this year when I returned with a 5kg gain ( deserts we're divine)
We're busy at home trying to get ready for decorating so I've got plenty to keep me busy and occupied before I even think of packing, well i suppose all this lifting is a form of excercise.
My plan is to nail 2 good and true fastdays each week, I'll try for 3 but if that turns out as a very low calorie day that's fine by me.
Not done much walking lately so I'll have to make up for it on hols, got a new pedometer but will have to rope in some help because it seems so complicated, will also have to have a serious think about some sort of activity/exercise for our winter months as this became non existent during last winter.

Just preparing Steak and salad for tonight's meal / chips for the hubby obviously I'll have my 5/6 coz nothings off the menu I don't want to feel deprived in any way lol.

@gillymary How's it going for you busy lady?
All OK I hope, have a lovely weekend. :clover: :like:

@daydreamer21 All OK with you and babs ?
How did Jamie go on with the interview? I've kept my fingers crossed for some good news to come your way, take care babes.

Hi @Sue.Q I have been AWOL from fasting and the forum the past week. Felt a bit unwell like I was fighting off a flu/some kind of bug of sorts it was hard to get through what was a busier than the norm week so felt I ought lay off fasting.

So this weekend I have just been chilling out, reading and a bit of gardening accomplished. Will have to get back into some form of fasting next week though.

Where are you going for your holidays? Wishing you will have a lovely time.

Hope you found help for the gizmo

Contemplating the gym at the moment but that may just be it eg just thinking about it.

@CandiceMarie are you going to keep me company here while our lovely Sue is off on her holiday. @Sue.Q you have a good time now Candy and I won't get up to too much mischief ... Or will we

Meanwhile I need help  as I have been feeling under the weather lately and have not had the energy to fast. Today am in bed sick with the cold flu thingy I have been busy fighting but it feels like it has caught up with me. Bit of a nuisance really  but cups of tea in bed and trusty iPad in hand and on the forum ain't too bad.

Weight is needing to be reigned back in, not totally bolted but I think I have fasting fatigue

Busy busy busy but another week or so of me @Candicemarie
so no peace and quiet yet for you my girl you've got 8 days of earache left before you two get up to your mischief, must invite @elc80 over next week if you two are partying have you met Candy's lovely daughter gillymary?
I'm on a little struggle and only just managing to maintain this week I must have gone into holiday mode already, non-fast day today with only a 4 hour window but believe me I've put some food away in those four hours, just wanted to drop that last kilo to meet the spring into fall challenge and will weigh-in next Sunday just to see if I can stretch it any more---------OH Well.
We are a struggling trio us three at this moment.  Sue

Hi buddie @gillymary Well I'm packed and ready to go off on my hols tomorrow night, and I will try not to overdo the carbs and deserts while there
Will keep up the holiday walking coz that's what we do plenty sightseeing, and hoping for just a small amount of Portuguese sunshine just to keep my spirits up.
Hope you're fully recovered now, and yes I hear you're up for the next challenge me too.
Will be in touch in our little corner if I can get some free WiFi while there because I'm not paying through the nose as we only communicate to family while on holiday

Now let's see if that @CandiceMarie Remembers to pop in and have coffee with you and keep you company on occasion.
she loves it when I'm not here but she'll have to find someone else to annoy so watch out everyone.
calling @ballerina & @Silverdarling come and keep gillymary company coz I'm ffffllyyying off :airplane: :airplane: :airplane: :airplane: :airplane: :airplane:
