Fasting duo, that we are. You and I are consistent in doing this @Sue.Q  . I have just come back from the land of 2 days teaching and its time to wiggle my toes, chillax before the weekend when I seriously hit the pc and my resources refreshed again with inspiration to sort out next week's lessons.

I was ordinary with Monday's fast broke about 6pm and didn't eat until 2pm today. So got in some sort of fasting windows by default. Back to the drawing board later in the week see how I go. How are you doing?

Recipe is in the Monday fasting thread. Make it, such a lovely recipe and it needs the goats sheese

@gillymary Yes I'm doing OK had my full day out yesterday with a pre booked 3 course meal so I assume I was well over my TDEE therefore fasting willingly today and doing a good one today
its midday and I've only had liquids so far with a high veggie meal for about 6pm, we've got a very rainy day today
and I'm busy with plenty indoor cleaning jobs to help to keep me occupied and out of the kitchen.
Thanks for that recipe will go and bookmark it for maybe one of next week's fastdays.

@gillymary Hi there hope you've had a good weekend :like:
Mine has been OK but I've eaten far to much and on top of that forgot to weigh-in on my usual Friday the results don't feel very good at this moment as i've over carbed after Saturdays lunchtime snack which was pretty dreadful actually, so another wiling fastday tomorrow another Determination Day looming to be truthful i can't wait
Not heard from @daydreamer21 whose probably enjoying herself with Jammie up in Scotland, and sadly @jools7 has totally gone of the radar sadly, just hope she's OK its the not knowing what's happening that's difficult to accept.
What you up to? Busy again this week I'm assuming

So now we know its the dynamic duo for now @gillymary :like:
And the weekend is upon us again, lunch on weds and pub meal last night, then I weighed in today
as suspected i'd gained 650g I think and guess what I've been very good today lol so I'm hoping to knock a hole into my tracker once again, I've not eaten today yet so that'll be a 19:5 eat + drink night in planned.
That's my plan leading into our bank holiday weekend.
Enjoy your weekend gillymary whatever you're doing.

@Sue.Q and I are very good at rowing this boat and have done so very diligently all the way along. People have come and gone and they have their reasons and though we are not privy to all of them, my most steadfast fasting buddie here has always been Sue.Q

How about you Candy do you have a fasting buddie. Will you support my buddie Sue for next few days.

I am packing for my trip away on a short course. All in house so don't have any control over food prep and dare say I will eat what is put down in front of me. On my return I do promise I will run for a fast? There will be very long and intense days so can promise nowt fasting with eating a well placed diversion. Have packed some herb teas and miso sachets just in case but am not going to pressure myself.

Wondering if my busy buddie @gillymary is back from her travels and course hope it went well for you and not to much stress :like: :clover:
lost last weeks gain and I've pledged that I'll meet my springing into fall challenge on next weeks weigh-in!!!! all I've got to do now is keep my word
Also reset my interim goal 5kg less down to 90kgs.
Positive thoughts and feelings or what.
Obviously there's method in such madness I do have a few days ahead which could help me achieve this, with only one lunchtime meal to contend with so I've just planned all my main meals for the next week.

---------------sad or what?---------------------------- :clover: :clover: :clover:

Sammy how are you going on @daydreamer21

Well you're so unpredictable@Sue.Q i had to check on you very cautiously ..like a liontamer with a whip and a stool!
Gillymary didn't realise what a big task she'd given me,and a huge responsibility!
I had to do it coz everyone else refused

Now now.

I am back following such a fabulous week. I have not had to do a jot of cooking and was well cared for, with beautiful meals and snacks highlight with such long long days we had to put in. So I am now back and so it will be difficult to step on the scales. But that I will d and then 'spring' into repair mode as necessary

Onwards and downwards @Sue.Q
