@daydreamer21 Hi Sammy I'm so glad you're feeling a little better and that the sleep is also better, I wouldn't worry to much about the gains just keep an eye on it to make sure you don't go over the top coz its got to come back off afterwards lol,
probably a good idea to get everything checked out now though especially with the midwife good luck with that.
Well is this the first time you've posted on the forum that you're going to become a mum Sammy?
Hope you got what you wanted regarding work,
Best wishes to both if you and I'm keeping my fingers crossed
for Jammie getting a job.

My binges are likely to be more craves and are days when I just want to snack which some days I do just that. Try and stick to real food when am in that zone not cakes and carbs. Usually I hurry back to some regular fluid fasting.

@Gillymary, I'm trying to get away from bad food slowly. But the stress is starting up this week. Uni starts back and I noticed I so wanted chocolate. I miss the way i could say not to things what i fasted those months.
My plan is to keep the fridge full of good foods. Easier to prepare ones. I don't know if others are like this but i tend to turn off a food after a few days...avocadoes were good last week but this week dont want to see them. I'm going to run out of thing to eat if I keep this up.
I'm trying to make the switch back to walking still not there. I need help to get there.
I know it will come.

Hi @Sue.Q ,"That's making this WOL difficult but no going back!!!"
I'm so impressed you're not going back. I totally hearing determination. My doctor who recommended5;2 told me it didn't work for me because there just are people it doesn't work for. If i get the exercise happening....even with the stress im going to be under....i will try fasting again. The Other half lost a lot of weight on it. I just totally lost my footing completely when stress peaked.
thanks sue

Dear @Sue.Q
Ahhhhh cravings.......well.....i'm so lenient at the moment with my sugar monster - it doesn't even become a craving - I just give in the minute it stomps its foot for carbs. It wasnt always like this. But I was doing less back then....
Can you tell me how you get yourself out on walks? im still seeing a lot of excuses not to do it.

Jo :) :clover: :clover: :clover:

@johanna5 Well I've not done a great deal of walking this year Jo yes we can easily talk ourselves out of anything and we've had a garden project on that was my excuse coz OH is a very slow worker lol and I do need to find something that I can do throughout our winter months without excuses. I've a few ideas.
Determination us the true answer when I look back to the many miles I walked last year on each of my 3 fastdays put that together with my 50lbs lost in my first 8 months well it doesn't take much working out that my walking helped considerably. :like: :clover:

Ooh, can I just pop in and say congratulations to @daydreamer21 on her wonderful news?! That is fantastic!

Exciting times are ahead then....and I'm sure you will enjoy every minute. It is important to minimise stress as much as you can sweetie and to take good care of yourself! The best piece of advice I ever received when I was first pregnant was: "Don't stand when you can sit and don't sit when you can lie down" - this is particularly relevant in the third trimester....but no harm in getting in a little practice anytime, I say!!

Massive congrats to you and Jamie xx

Hi @Sue.Q ,

Yeah exercise must be key in this. I'm constantly impressed by how well you have done. Not many people can attest to that much success Sue. I lost20lbs just on low carb in 6mths, with group support and walking a lot I know I can do it. I also loved fasting before I slipped into stressssss. Anyway bit by bit.

I will let you know when i start walking. I might start tomorrow.

(Blushes and realises I've been coming in here a lot lately. I hope its not minded.....tops up the biscuit tins and replaces the milk).
